A new way of working

We are a group of passionate young entrepreneurs with an interest in design, telemarketing, IT services and customer service, who have decided to join forces and offer a unique platform for outsourcing services.

We are based in Pristina, Kosovo, and we offer outsourcing services worldwide – in a variety of different industries.

Build the team
Identifying the right people and building a great team that fits the support scope while matching the company culture.
Delivery and reporting
Regular reporting is what makes the engagement efficient and helps to maintain traction and visibility. Periodic meetings are conducted with project manager and senior management to discuss the project health.
